These Website Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which J5 Hotel Management LLC (“J5”) makes the website www.j5hotels.com (the “Website”) available to you. These Terms and Conditions are effective from November 1st 2015.
By visiting the Website, and/or by using any services provided via this Website, from the United Arab Emirates, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and such amendments become effective from the date upon which we make them available on the Website. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions (including any amendments), then you should immediately cease using the Website.
WEBSITE CONTENT AND PERMITTED USE
All information, text, materials, graphics, logos, button icons, images, video and audio clips, trade marks, advertisements, layout, arrangement, graphical user interface, HTML code, look and feel, and control features of the Website (collectively, “Website Content”) is provided to you as a service to allow you and other users to learn more about the J5 Family. Certain areas of the Website may be subject to additional terms of use. By using such areas, or any part of, you agree to be bound by the additional terms of use
applicable to such areas.
The Website Content is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. J5, or its licensors, retain all rights in the Website Content. You are only permitted to access and use this Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the Website, or any of Website Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Website. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Website Content or software contained within the Website.

Trade marks belonging to other trade mark owners also appear on the Website. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any of these trade marks is strictly prohibited.
TRANSACTIONS
We use a central reservation portal operated by InnLink in the United States. By using the Check Availability button, a request is sent to the InnLink servers. If you make a booking, it is captured by the InnLink system and ultimately sent to J5’s own reservations system. During the booking process, you will share credit card details via the InnLink system, but actual pre-authorisation on the card is executed manually by J5 personnel.
PRIVACY
Your use of the Website is governed by the applicable Privacy Policy, which may be found here: Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into these Terms and Conditions, and by using the Website you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time.
SUBMISSIONS
J5 welcomes feedback regarding the J5 Family’s services and products, and may from time to time request input from you, such as on message boards or in connection with contests. J5 does not accept or consider creative ideas, show designs, photographs, drawings, or original artwork, suggestions for new products or product improvements, suggestions for technologies, methods, techniques, processes, inventions, marketing plans, or any materials other than those it has specifically requested.
J5 asks that you do not send any unsolicited submissions. By making a submission (whether solicited or unsolicited), you irrevocably waive, release and give up any claim that any use by the J5 Family of such submission violates any of your rights, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademarks, patents, moral rights, privacy rights, proprietary or other property rights, publicity rights, or right to credit for the material or ideas. You represent that such submission is original to you and does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third parties, including any intellectual property rights and rights of publicity and/or privacy. You acknowledge that the J5 Family has wide access to ideas, stories, designs, and other literary materials, and that new ideas are constantly being developed, and you agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation as a result of the J5 Family’s use of any material similar or identical to your submission.
Any submission may be used (or not used) by J5 without restriction for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast or posting. J5 may, at its own discretion, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, broadcast, license, perform, post, sell, translate, incorporate, create derivative works from, distribute and otherwise use the submission in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without according you any compensation or credit.
THIRD PARTY LINKS AND ADVERTISING
J5 does not recommend or endorse the content or privacy practices of any third party sites which may be linked to or from the Website, or products or services of any third parties mentioned or described on the Website or linked to or from the Website. You acknowledge that J5 is not responsible for third party sites and that you enter any third party sites at your own risk. This Website may contain advertisements for third parties’ goods and/or services. The third party advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of all representations made in those advertisements. J5 does not recommend or endorse any third party goods or services that may be advertised on the Website. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions, as well as your use of the Website, is subject to and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai without giving effect to conflicts of law principles thereof. Any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Dubai.
